Hantec Markets Ltd, authorized and regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) under License Number C114013940 (hereafter referred to as "the Company" or "Hantec"), hereby offers the Women’s Day social media campaign (the “Campaign”). By participating, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Hantec reserves the right to modify the Campaign period with minimal notice.
2. Eligibility and Other Conditions
2.1 The giveaway is open to participants residing in Latam and Brazil.
2.2 Employees of Hantec Markets, their immediate family members, and anyone connected professionally to this
giveaway are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Entries must be submitted between 8th March 2025 and 28th March 2025.
2.4 Any comments containing inappropriate or offensive language will be disqualified.
2.5 Participants must ensure their profile settings allow messages from Hantec Markets so we can contact winners.
3. Prize
3.1 A total of three (3) Atlético de Madrid signed women’s t-shirts will be given away.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Hantec reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent value if circumstances beyond their control
make it necessary.
4. Participant Requirements:
4.1 To be eligible for the Campaign, participants must:

4.1.2 Like the official Campaign post on the corresponding account.
4.1.3 Comment below the post with your favourite Atlético de Madrid player.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
5.1 Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of valid entries.
5.2 The announcement will be made on 4th April 2025 via our official social media accounts.
5.3 Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, a
new winner may be selected.
6. General Terms:
6.1 Participants must ensure they have valid and active social media accounts at the time of the Campaign and
prize distribution. By entering this Campaign, participants grant Hantec the right to use their name, social
media handles and shared content for promotional purposes related to the Campaign.
7. Disqualification:
7.1.1 Hantec reserves the right to disqualify any participant who use multiple accounts to enter, submits false
information, violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
8. Modifications and Termination:
8.1 Hantec reserves the right to modify, suspend, amend or terminate the Campaign at any time. Hantec will post
any such changes on its website. It is recommended that participants in the Campaign review these Terms &
Conditions on Hantec’s website regularly. Please note that taking part in the Campaign constitutes acceptance
and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.
9. General Terms:
9.1 For inquiries related to the Campaign, participants may contact Hantec through direct messages on
Instagram. In case of discrepancy between English and non-English texts with regards to the interpretation
of these terms and conditions or the scope of their application, the English text shall prevail.
